A program that is designed specifically to cater towards you and your fitness and/or weight loss goals. We will take into consideration your health history, physical capabilities, daily activity level, personal commitment level, availability, work and family restraints, dietary habits, and your desired time frame for achievement. With this in mind we will design a very specific and detailed program that, if adhered to, will guarantee success. This is our premier service in which we invest a substantial amount of time into each and every session. It can be expected that for each personal training session, we will typically invest somewhere between thirty-minutes to two hours of additional time in preparation. These session are serviced within a one-to-one private structure in which each client gets an enormous amount of individual attention. As is the same with all of our training sessions, the length of each session varies day to day depending on the particular focus for that particular day.

Many times this becomes the most difficult undertaking of any attempt to embrace a healthier lifestyle and achieve a physically fit physique. With an enormous amount of information (and misinformation) available; it is difficult to know which diet, theory, or strategy should be implemented. In order to position you for success we will take out all the guess work and structure a meal plan that coincides perfectly with your goals. Considering your complete body composition (height, weight, age, body fat percentage, and body mass index) and comparing that with your goals and workout routine; we will design a diet regiment that consist of the proper amount of calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats. We will also design your diet and meals times around your established habits and work schedule, again, giving you the best possible opportunity to succeed.
This is an extremely unique service that we offer to our local clientele as well as our clients that do not reside in the Birmingham, Alabama area. Through either pdf's via e-mail or our mobile app that is available on your ios or android device, we will provide you with consistently personalized and updated workouts that coincide with your goals and circumstances. Whether you have access to a full gym or are confined to a hotel room; we will provide you with functional and fitting workouts that have full descriptions via text, picture, and video. All workouts are tracked and sync back to your admin profile so that we are aware of what you accomplished, what weight was used, how many repetitions were performed, the time it took to accomplish the workout and any notes that you left for us to read over so that we can make any necessary revisions.
For our clients that do not have the necessary time or simply are not interested in calculating the number of grams of protein, carbs, and fat in a meal; we offer a meal delivery program that is second to none. The meals are meticulously structured to meet the nutritional guidelines that are needed for healthy weight loss and are all-natural with no added preservatives or fillers (no pasta, rice, gravy, or potatoes). These are not t.v. dinner type meals like those that are sold by Nutri-System, Jenny Craig, or E-diets. Rather, we provide our clients with wholesome all-natural meals that actually taste amazing. The meals are provided on a monthly basis and are packaged individually in vacuum sealed plastic bags. Additionally, these meals tend to save our clients money by averaging approximately $4.30 per meal.
Personal Training -- Semi-Private
Our semi-private training programs is by far our most popular program and for good reason. Our semi-private sessions are only a fraction of the cost, but yet, very similar to our one-to-one private training sessions in that they include a substantial amount of personalization and individual attention. Yet, in the semi-private model, (which is typically a group between 3 and 6 clients) we are able to incorporate a lot of high energy, team oriented exercises that clients describe as fun, challenging and motivating! Our semi-private training programs include all of the measurement tracking, nutrition counseling and goal setting sessions that are included in our one-to-one private training sessions.
